What is Strawberry Kaju Katri?

Traditional Kaju Katri, also known as Kaju Katli, is one of India’s most recognizable cashew-based sweets, typically made from finely ground cashews and sugar.

At Chowpatty, we took that familiar foundation in a completely different direction. Strawberry is blended directly with the cashew-based sweet, rather than simply being added as a topping or decoration, and each piece is finished with white chocolate.

It’s our modern interpretation of a classic Indian mithai.
