What is Kaju Katri?
Also known as Kaju Katli, Kaju Katri is a traditional Indian mithai made primarily from finely ground cashews and sugar, then rolled thin and cut into its recognizable diamond-shaped pieces.
It’s one of the most widely loved cashew-based Indian sweets, traditionally served for Diwali, weddings, festivals, family celebrations, and gifting — although you definitely don’t need an occasion to open a box.
